We are here to answer any question you have about our software. On the left side of every page of our sales site there is a place where you can ask us a question. When you ask a question it shows you a list of possible existing answers. If your answer does not exist you can submit your question as a new question and we will email you the answer within 2-48 hours
(depending on the type of question and current workload).

Support Requests
You can use support requests for any support or tasks you need for us to complete. Whether you need consultation, copywriting, design work, coding, translations, or anything else, we can help you with it as a support request. With a support request you pay for the time spent by the worker to complete your request.

Upgrade Requests
We are constantly doing upgrades to our software. We typically release 4-7 new versions each year. An upgrade request allows you to request a new feature for our software and to receive a guarantee that it will be included. Upgrade requests are much cheaper than support requests as we share the cost with you.
