The problem occurred because of the php code at the top of my 10.php, 20.php 30.php 40.php 60.php pages I did not have them configured correctly. I just fixed it myself, it is working now. Thank you!

I see the problem is caused when new member uses new email address rather than paypal address it suspends them for lack of payment which is good So everything is ok
